internet connection loss completely

Lost internet connection completely last Thurseday afternoon. The network was down for about two and half hours.

The network was down again yesterday afternoon (2023-03-21). another two and half hours.

tried to get help on AskJack and stuck with the chatbot forever. 

don't know what to do next. Any suggestion?

While on live chat, you can always type in ''outage'' to get a status of the network or ''chat with a rep'' to be transferred to the next available agent. Depending on the choices you choose, you can end up directly chatting with our home internet tech support there.
