Earlier this year I signed up for Fido internet due to the cheaper price and it has been the biggest regret of my life! I have called to cancel my subscription multiple times and have been on hold for over an hour each time. As soon as I finally talk to an agent they say there's an error coming up and they need to transfer me to a different department. I have had them transfer me to the Chinese customer service and hang up on me alltogether. I will NEVER sign up for any Fido service ever again!!
