Suddenly my Fido Internet bill for March 2021 is 60% higher than my January bill, with no word of explanation from Fido. And I can't contact anyone about this. Help !!!

Is it possible that you had a one-year promotion that expired? If that's the case, you would have received a notice on your bill at least one month before it expired. If you need more information, you can contact us using any of the options here.
