So, I tried to make a payment earlier this morning , the website said it failed and it could not be processed. I tried again later and it said the same thing. Then FIDO proceeded to charge me twice even after the site said it failed, which in the past meant, nothing went through, the extra money they took was accounted for, so now I am totally screwed and angry.
Maybe a FIDO person cares to answer this? .... I'm not happy at all right now, this is UNACCEPTABLE service.
