Where is my $150 mastercard?

I signed up in Dec under the $150 GC promo and did receive an email in early Jan for registration. Finished the registration but never received any further email asking me whether I want physical card or virtual.

It has been 2 months, I just paid 3rd bill but have not heard back from Fido at all. I have meanwhile called and chatted twice so far, just been asked to wait but this is ridiculous.

Can someone please help expedite the process so I dont have to contact CCTS?
