Weak customer service

I am in problem with new black modem horton 3, I reset it ten time, no different😕it is two days without ihome internet, I connected every store to switch modem, all of them sold out👎 I connected customer service but after long time on hold , she didn't help me, 

why not urgent help? I have online exam

customer service is weak👎Why change modem to less quality ??? We are in terrible situation

Had you verified if there was an outage in your area?

Did you try connecting to the internet with a cable instead of connecting wirelessly?
