Very poor internet service that just got worse?

Fido's internet is unreliable, breaking and cutting off chats. Now my Tv reception has got worse, fogged up pictures muffled sounds. Watching a movie is frustrating to say the least. The connection cuts off every few minutes blanking out the picture except for the spinning wheel on the screen. What is the use of that, especially when they dare increase prices?
