Not any specific person, but the system really sucks.
My home internet keep disconnectioning 40 times in the last two days, and twice during my tele-conference and one during my presentation.
I know that happends, and sometime snow, rain or some physical damage may cause this issue.
but after calling fido techincal suppor for more than 8 times, waiting for 5 hours both both their web techincal support and phone call support. I did not even speak to neither a human nor a robot. what a suck system.
when I trying to call fido to discuss cancle my home internet, all branch told me I have to do that online.
Biongo, Fido, I got a such good business idea for you. keep your customer support system shut down and you will never get any customer escape you trap.
