Hi Service,
IT'S AN URGENT REQUEST.
This is VENKATA SATYANARAYANA KALIDINDI
Recently, I have had fido home internet connection.
But no Interest socket is available in my home to connect modem. I am fully dependent on internet for my daily activities. So need fido technician assistance to replace or arrange a new socket at my home.

Welcome to the community!
It's odd that you do not have a cable connection in your home, did you check by your breaker panel to see if the cable is there?
If not you will need to contact customer service and set up an appointment for a technician to come out and install a connection.
