I and my wife are using Fido for mobile and home interrnet. So far, we did not have a problem with mobile internet but home internet became sooo slow last 3 days.
Contacted with support and they sent a technician but he couldn't fix the problem at all.
My wife works from home so It's a big issue for us. They will send another technician tomorrow.
I don't think he would be able to fix it.
Avoid Fido 😑
