Speed decreasing and price is going up. Need advice

Jello,

Am living in Woodbridge, ON. My home internet speed has gradually decreased for the last month. Did every solution i found in the community forums but no use. Moreover, i got an email yesterday that says my discounted plan is expiring. I will have to pay more $15 more for 75speed plan. Do you have any plan suggestions for existing members? I do not want to pay more for a slow internet.
