@Ga4 Can you give a little more info.
Are you connected to the modem via LAN cable or wireless?
If wireless is it 2.4GHz or 5GHz
A few things you can try is unplugging the power from the modem for 30sec then plug it back in.
If the cable is connected to a splitter try connecting the modem directly to the cable line bypassing the splitter.
