Home internet not working

Hi there, I had food internet for about a week. However, starting 3 days ago, the internet starting to having problems. It started with internet going offline, and once I reset or restart the modem, it will be fine. Today, that failed. I have been without internet for about 2 hrs. Do you have tech support I can call ?

No, I take it back. It stopped working and the modem is dead. The only light it has on is the top light indicating it is connected to power source. Please help.

All of a sudden, it started working again. But this modem has been so unstable. Is there anything you can do to help fix this ?
