Been on the 150/15 package for 3-4 months and during the day speeds are good anywhere between 150-300 mbs. But in the mornings (6-9 am) download speed struggles to reach 75mbs max. I've checked with the Rogers speed test probably 20-30 days and maybe 1 day was above 100mbs.
Almost seems like there is maintenance schedule which limits download. Any ideas why this occurs in L6Z 2G5 postal code.
