I have a negative balance on my final bill after closing my Fido Internet account, how do I get a refund? Bill was issued Dec 12th 2020. It was pre-authorized payment.

Still haven't received amazon gift card 09/20

I signed up back in aug or sept and still haven't received my gift card. I've chatted several times and called twice and each time the answer if just wait longer. The agreement was that this was a sign up bonus after I think 30 or 45 days of service....
