I moved out of Toronto last year, Sept. 2020 and moved to Niagara Falls. I called Fido to cancel my internet account which they did. The agent I spoke to said that he will send me a box to use and mail the modem. I never received the box. I called in Oct.2020, and then Nov. 2020 making to follow up but they told me, due to covid--there's a delay in sending me the box.
It is now April 2021, 8 months later and have yet to receive the box. What should I do with the MODEM? I can't use it. Fido doesn't service Niagara. Is there a place where I can drop off the modem at?
Please advice.
