Yesterday I came home from work after 12 day of work with no internet, my girlfriend is has midterm for nursing the next day I use the chat link found out internet was canceled then I call to find out why hour and half on phone found it was mistake on your end the guy try to get me service back but it keep on failing so told me to go store and get a new modem but it 830 at night and store was closing I told him to get manager to call me the next around resolve the issue never got call, I call around 3 clock ask to speak to manager talk to lady 40 min waiting for manager to speak to the line went dead
