Not Internet connection

The network at first became very slow and after I restarted the modem, it didn't work at all.  The lights on the modem is still flashing tho.  What can I do now? Any technical support phone number?

I have tried those options but I couldn't get somebody on line for over an hour now. How can I get the issue resolved ?
