No internet service

I'm a participant level 1

I've been without internet service for about 2 hours now and have restarted my modem several times and still nothing. I've tried to find out if it's down in my area but can't find where to even ask this since it's 4am where I am. This has been happening more and more. A few months ago it happened every single night usually between the hours of 3am and 7am for about 6+ hours. My postal code is M4Y2P3 if anyone can help me out it would be deeply appreciated.
