I just got my new Fido modem connected everything updated my account online but only the power light , 2.4g light and a blinking home light with an arrow. I have tried rebooting it several times but it's just not connecting to internet

Did you try checking the coax cable just to make sure it is good also if you have a splitter on the line remove it.
If everything looks good on your end and it's still not working contact Fido's internet technical department at 1-888-236-FIDO (3436) and they can troubleshoot it for you.
