I signed up Fido home internet on Dec. 30, 2020. I have not received the $100 mastercard gift card as promised by the sales rep. Despite numerous call to customer service and online chat with Fido representative. They just told me to wait 2 weeks and nothing happen after 2 weeks. That's a joke that I have to keep calling every 2 weeks and ended up with the same result. I think I will have to complain to CRTC. Can anyone from Fido give me an advice on what I should do to get my entitlement.
