I was cancelled fido internet end of March 2021. I got an email about the return to the modem label on 6, April 2021.
So I sent it on 8, April 2021 (Canada post.)
But still not received yet 29, April 2021 fido company said.
Is that my problem?
If we didn't receive the modem yet, it will be important to investigate since fees can apply if the modem is considered as "not returned".
Can you provide more details on the status of the return? You should have a tracking number. When you contacted customer service, what did we tell you exactly?
