I have a negative balance on my final bill after closing my Fido Internet account, how do I get a refund? Bill was issued Dec 12th 2020. It was pre-authorized payment.

Hello @marsh0234,

 

Fido will send the refund by cheque to the address on file, it usually takes 3 weeks from the date the final invoice was produced it can sometimes take up to 6 weeks to arrive.

 

You can also ask them to refund the money to the card used to pay the bill but this will need to be done before the cheque has been issued.
