So I recently got my modem from fido. I set it in my living room and it worked, but I tried connecting it to a different outlet in my house and the internet wouldn't work. Some of the lights were on but others like the @ light and second home symbol were not lit up. None of the devices in my house were connecting to the internet in this location. Please let me know if there is something that can be done to fix this issue.
