My internet charges rose to $957.90

all the while I thought I was paying everything online but I was surprised while on my online studies my internet was cut and found out I need to pay $957.90. I was trying to contact the customer service to make payment arrangement bacause I cannot pay this one time. I need internet for my online studies.
