I am moving and like to cancel my internet. However, the wait time has been really bad past few times I tried, just last night after close to an hour of wait time, I was disconnected. Disconnecting the Fido internet sofar has been the most challenging part of my move and still there is no end in sight.

That said, there are multiple channels on which you can reach customer service, including social media (Facebook or Twitter) where you don't need to wait on the line as it's not a live conversation.
