I have been Fido mobile customer fopr years and used your online account to view my bills. Recently, I started using your Home internet services. I would like to register for home internet and link my accounts. When I tried to register, it said that the account is already used with another email address. Please help.

If you log in with your e-mail, with account holder access, you should automatically have access to both your internet and mobile accounts. There should be a drop-down right by the account number.
If that's not the case, we're going to review things as it might be on our end that the accounts are not linked. I'll send you a PM so that we can look into it.
