Issue with internet quality - connection drops

I have been having internet quality issues with connection drops during day time leading to online schooling and work interruptions. I am keen in upgrading the internet connection to a better quality and reliability. Is it possible to change this over to Rogers ignite ? What is the process also I have a promotion (12 month) will there be penalty to switch to Rogers.

Hi @V_a2000

 

There won't be any penalty to cancel the internet. You will need to return the modem though or else you will get charged a fee of $249.95.
