Is Fido home internet down in Mississauga west?

Internet is not available since 4:00pm today (Nov 15, 2020). Is anyone also experiencing this problem?  How do I report this to Fido?  The chat service is busy from a very long tome and there is no support phone number available as well.

Are you still having trouble with your home internet? Have you tried to restart your modem?

If so, and the restart didn't work, you can contact our technical support here for support.
