Internet outage

How long do you think it will take Fido to restore internet?  Not happy that they did not even care to send out a message to notify us of the outage.

Are you still having trouble with your internet? If so, you should contact tech support at 1-888-259-3436.

I'm good now.  The internet came back around 10 AM yesterday.   I wish though that Fido would give its customers a heads up when there is service interruptions so we know and not worry and spend much time trying to get your customer service.

You can always make a call to the above number or if you have mobile data, start a live chat session and log in into your account so that the system can tell you is there is a Home Internet outage in your area.
