I'm sorry to learn that you're having trouble with your Home Internet connection.
Do you see any blue lights on your modem at the moment, or only green ones?
Are you using a third party router as well, or just the Fido modem?

Using the standard fido modem, have had zero issues with the service at all. All lights are on, 2 blues and solid @
Light. If I unplug it, and plug it back in, it'll work fine for 30 to 40 minutes, 200mbs down, 16 up. Then stop working. Have a tech coming to the house today since apparently we can't go exchange the modem at a store
No, tech was there over an hour, swapped the modem, said fido was down and to wait an hour or so. That was the 17th. This morning, day 3, internet still down, called tech support said the modem was having an issue getting the ip address, was told 1 to 4 hours, been 4 hours and not resolved
