We are experiencing daily internet down times, multiple times each day. We had the internet down this morning and twice late this afternoon.
we've never experienced this in the past but are concerned this is happening daily, without any communication from
Fido.
can someone please let me know what's happening. This is becoming a huge problem for my family.

Have you tried rebooting the modem already?
I invite you to try the following: Power off and unplug the modem from the power outlet. Wait 30 seconds, plug it back in the power outlet and power it back on. Wait for the modem to boot back up.
