New to this blog, thought I would try this route for suggestions. Problem, I have had issues pretty much everyday with my internet connection dropping several times a day. Drops connection momentarily then resets. I have had field tech support here several occasions but they cannot find issue. Fido sees the issue at their end as it is recorded every time modem drops. Have had the hitron modem, then the cube, now back to hitron. Still having issues.
Would appreciate any suggestions as this is very frustrating. I get technical issues now and again but this is over the top!!

Our internet tech support team really would be the best place to reach out regarding this. It does seem you've done in on numerous occasions though so asking for another opinion never hurts
@Community, has anyone else ever experienced this or has any other suggestions?
On my end, I do suggest you speak to tech support again as the problem may be with the wiring and not the modem. Has that been checked out? It may be the connection coming into your home that is defective.
