Internet Issue

Hi Fido,

I would like to know why is my router not showing any blue lights flashing. I’m concern because this happen around 5 o’clock pm today and still no blue lights flashing. We tried to turn off the router or modem but, still no blue lights flashing and also no internet access.

We'd love to get to the bottom of things!

The blue lights on the modem should remain static and not flash. Can you please let us know what is the first light from the top that's flashing right now and the colour?
