How do I return a modem during COVID19?

Hi all, I cancelled my home internet last Sunday (2 days ago) since I am relocating, and was informed that I need to return the modem within 5 days to avoid a $250 charge. However, due to the COVID-19 situation, all local FIDO stores are temporarily closed. I have called customer service twice and have stayed on the line for over half an hour with no answer, could someone please help me with this?

We understand it is not possible to reach a Fido store at this time, however, we can also send you a prepaid return label so you can send it back to us via UPS!
