As of April 12 ,i subscribe for the new home internet on fido ,but unfortunately i didn't terminate my current provider , i recieved already the devices from fido but didn't set-up yet ,can i put hold my subscription to fido ?and install it next month ?

Welcome to the Community .
If you wanted to activate the service at a future date, you would have had to contact us then, It's not possible to start the service later on considering you already have the equipment , sorry about that.
Did you check with your current provider to see if you could stop your service with them?

Hey @unicohaley.
The monthly charges start as soon as the modem is shipped on our end.
The charges can't be transferred to another month, even if the modem is not activated on your end.
