Very unreliable, mostly down 1-2 a month. Use only if buffering or frequent slowness or outage not a issue for you. Planning to switch soon...-:(

That's definitely not something that we want our customers to experience! We don't want to lose you and would really love to take a closer look into it with you and see how we can fix it asap!
In these situations, we normally suggest resetting the modem completely and if that doesn't change anything, we suggest speaking to our Technical Support for further troubleshooting.
I'll send a PM your way so we can check this out.
