Same problem here. It always says 

You’ve got a pending request...

So frustrated. and the staff at the store kept saying it is super easy. and then I called customer service and the agent told me that maybe the staff at the store missed one step.... so he could not push through the order....

Yes, I pick up the modem yesterday and the @ sign is not lit up.
