I am experiencing frequent (like once in an hour) complete internet outage. It also takes around 10 - 30 min to restore the internet.
I have tried:
- rebootin modem/router
- factory reset router
- completely changing the router to other device
so i doubt modem/router are the problem for this annoyance.
June 11:10am - 2:30pm outage
June 14-15: 2am - 7pm non-stop complete internet outage
June 16: 12pm - 12:10pm, 11:20pm - 11:25pm short outage
Please, contact me either email or phone because I am losing trust for this garbage service.
