I followed the return instruction, but Fido says they didnt receive it.
I called into Fido, the lady keep saying you dont have this and that.. so she puts me on forever hold. Claiming she needs to check with back office.
Extremely poor customer service, if I see amount on my creditcard I will file a ccts complaint as scam, and also will file at small claims court.

Hey there @Angry_Customer , sorry you're having a frustrating experience with your return. Do you have your tracking number? Perhaps you can check that to see who signed for it and when it was received. Just a thought.
