I'm very unhappy with fido.it is not respectful that without notice they suspended my home internet because I forgot to pay last payment.I paid off now but any body didn't respond to me.i work with internet in my home .I missed money for this situation.i don't keep going on with fido and Roger's.

We do send communications to the email or number we have on file if your account is past due, especially before suspending your services.
After paying the amount, you should be able to use your internet freely after resetting it!
