Internet was working without issue since October - experiencing issues/outages today. Restarted modem multiple times and still no luck.
I'll call customer support in the morning but wondering if there's been any reports of outages in Toronto's West End?

They would be able to immediately troubleshoot your modem and confirm if there is any outage in your area. Have you had the chance to get in touch with them to have them look into it?
