Constant disconnecting for the last month…

Is anyone else in the Ottawa K2C area having issues with constant connection dropping and having to reset their modem? There was an outage about a month ago and last week I called and was told it was a network issue (NOT my modem) and it would be fixed by last Thursday but it's been almost a week and I have had to reset my modem 3 times already just this morning.... can someone from FIDO actually do something to help me? Or fix this issue? It's extremely frustrating
