Sorry to hear you're experiencing poor connection on your home internet. However, as far as I am aware, Fido has discontinued their Home Internet service. I believe customers should have been notified of the discontinuation and provided an offer to migrate the service to Rogers. That said, there has been differing information as to an actual disconnect date.
You should note these forums are community-driven and not intended as a venue for customer services. We do not have access to customers' accounts. You would need to contact customer service in order to determine the end-date for the service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
