I was using the online customer service to solve some home internet issues. There is a specialist named Rudraksh from Prince Edward Island talking to me online. He/She basically responsed in the beginning with two sentences in 5 min. Just get me waited for anther 20min with no response at all. If he thinks more information is needed from my side, he should ask me instead of play silence.
First day with Fido internet, already regret my choice. Will go back to Bell before my bell internet is not canced already.
