Hello. Last week I changed my plam from a Talk, Text & Data plan to the $15 Basic Plan with 250 MB of data, because I rarely use the Talk and Data features of my phone.
I recently left home and needed to get mobile data, but my phone refused to connect to mobile data. My phone plan was changed after 11pm EST on the last day of my previous billing cycle and immediately I received a message that my Data was paused. Could my data still be paused a week later?
When I turn off my wifi and turn on my mobile data I get an alert to sign in to the network, but cannot.
I have restarted my Samsung Galaxy S10 several times. I have reset my connection settings. I have confirmed my APN settings. What is next? I am stumped. Help!
