Cannot connect modem first time user

Hi there I have been trying to contact the live desk but no one ever comes back to me. I have signed up the internet on 14 Nov but when I tried to set up modem at our new place the @ mark just won't blink but the download sign and the 2.4Gz are blinking. Please kindly advise where I can get support from.

The @ symbol should be sold not blinking is it currently solid on your modem? Try connecting the modem directly to the line that comes from the outside if it still does not work it could mean your line is disconnected and you would need a technician to come and hook it back up.
