Cancelled Voice and Data plan.

I changed voice and data provider on Nov. 23, 2023.  Coincidently, my visa was charged the usual monthly fee.  It seems, my Fido account was terminated immediately and I cannot get a copy of my invoice.

I suspect I am due a credit.  Will Fido, credit my Visa?

Welcome to the community! 

That would depend on when your bill cycle is. If you cancelled after your bill cycle started and you already had an invoice pending, that amount would've been deducted from your payment method. You'll receive a final bill with a credit and you can reach out when it's out in order to have it refunded to your credit card.
