Cancellation in 49 days?

Hi, today I went on the fido chat and spoke with an agent that said they would process my future cancellation, made me confirm twice the date (April 30th), and said I would receive an email shortly after confirming the details and further instructions for cancellation, however it's been now more than 3 hours and I have received nothing. I don't like wasting my time and I would like to know what am I supposed to do because I don't like when things are not processed as they should be, and I did this with ample time to avoid any mishaps, so please help me. How long do those emails take to arrive? Thanks

Hello @sfcald,

 

Did you check your spam/junk folder? It is possible it can take 24-48 hours as it would need to be processed by the cancellation department.
