Can I have both Fido and Rogers Internet at the same address ?

I just want to keep them both and use them separately for different purposes.

Do I need to apply for another cable line? or I can use the same cable line from the wall?

You can definitely have two internet connections on the same line, you will need to put a splitter though and you should be fine.
